Design & Build
Design-Build is a contracting procedure used to accelerate procurement of a contract by allowing the contractor to begin construction before the final design has been completed, it is the process by which a single entity provides both the design and construction through the use of a single contract between the agency and the Design / Build (D / B) contractor.
