TSL has further developed its in-house capabilities in the area of Process Control and Plant Automation. With certified engineers providing configuration and programming of most leading brands of PLC’s HMI’s and SCADA Software packages, we now have the capability to provide bespoke solutions to clients particular requirements. This may involve integrating the Treatment Plant Control System into Clients existing SCADA or BMS systems, or applying a Clients particular graphics standards for ease of integration.

We have also recently developed standardised SBR Sequencing and Control Modules with inherent built in nutrient removal capabilities, together with simple and easy presentation of the operator interface on colour touchscreen HMI’s.

A further area now gaining popularity among our clients is the use of wireless networks for simple low cost data transmission without the need for expensive plant wiring.
