Project Structures
TSL is controlled by a Board of Directors with an executive departmental structure managed to function in accordance with the project brief being undertaken.
The project may fall within one of the following work categories:
- Engineering Services only (at preliminary, detailed design or project stages).
- Design / Build
- Design / Build / Operate.
For work outside of Ireland there are a number of International Offices. These offices will also be provided with back-up from the Irish head office where detailed designs, procurement procedures etc. will be completed but under control of a nominated project manager who integrates with the project working team.
TSL’s Organization Structure ensures close co-operation with our Clients on all levels of the project.
